Job Description

Our client is a recently formed business advisory and insolvency practice that seeks to establish a presence in the West Midlands. The business is being set up by established insolvency work winners who generate upwards of £750k of corporate insolvency assignments each year. These cases are secured from winding up petitions, accountants, lenders and website traffic and comprise mainly CVLs and Administrations

• Work closely with the appointment taking IP
• Take responsibility for new corporate insolvency assignments - mainly CVLs and Administrations but will include all aspects of corporate work in due course
• Manage all aspects of the cases from start to finish
• Assist the IP and owners recruiting and managing a small team
• Managing billing and WIP
• Motivating and training staff

Salary

A salary of £35-45k pa is negotiable for this role subject to experience and qualifications.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

CPI or JIEB qualified preferred. Corporate Insolvency background. Minimum of 5 years insolvency experience. Excellent technical skills. Highly professional and respected. Excellent communicator.
