Finance Assistant
Full-time, Permanent - Temporarily remote
Job Description

Working alongside and liaising with the Financial Accountant, as Finance Assistant you will: Manage KPIs, P&L reporting, raise purchase orders, deal with invoice queries, raise sales orders, resolve sales ledger queries, manage reconciliation and deal with any credit control issues. You will utilize your strong Excel and data entry skills to gather and analyze information. A huge part of the role will be to develop your skill set so you can partner with the site, providing analyzed financials to the wider business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Experience in FMCG or Food manufacturing is desirable · Finance experience – as a Finance Admin or Finance Assistant · Strong Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, Microsoft etc. · Admin experience necessary · Keen to learn · Experience of working in fast paced environment · Able to work both in a team and independently
