Job Description

Currently all staff are working remotely but usually the role will be a combination of being office based and working at client premises . The role will mainly focus on bookkeeping, VAT Returns and producing monthly and / or quarterly management reports. The role will also provide scope for variety through specific projects such as assessing client's accountancy software, training, reviewing internal financial controls, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Experience of producing management accounts * Good experience of bookkeeping up to trial balance and VAT returns * Strong client development / interpersonal skills * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong IT skills / knowledge - ideally looking for candidates that have working knowledge of Xero and Sage * Previous experience of payroll would be an advantage although not essential
