You may be an accomplished Senior Design / Project Engineer looking to take your first steps into a management position. Or alternately you may already hold a position of Technical Manager and seeking new challenges. Professional support and mentoring will be provided if required for the right candidate.

We specialise in the manufacture of recycling equipment, waste handling and processing machinery as well as mechanical handling equipment.

With the planned retirement of our current longstanding Technical Manager, we are looking to recruit a highly experienced and ambitious Design Engineer / Technical Manager as a replacement.

Responsibilities:
-Delivering  creative and innovative designs to solve specific problems
-Managing a small team of engineers, delivering equipment designs and projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified with an Engineering Degree -Experience of managing small teams of design / project engineers -Experience of hydraulics the ability to supervise off site installations.-Minimum of 8 years of design related experience in an engineering manufacturing environment -Practical engineering knowledge with a ‘hands on’ approach -Experienced in the use of SolidWorks -First class communication skills – both written and verbal
