Job Description

We are looking for an experienced care auditor to join our organization.

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months, you will work across two of our residential homes to drive forward care and quality improvements and success, in line with CQC and company requirements.
You will audit, analyze and deliver your outcomes via action plans, and will work with the two registered managers and their team to monitor, implement and deliver the highest standards.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a care auditor role is preferred, could be a good opportunity for a skilled register manager who can demonstrate the skills required stated in the job description. Knowledge and experience of working within the social care sector, specifically within elderly and dementia focused settings. Have excellent CQC knowledge and have worked under CQC requirements recently. Hold a relevant care management qualification. Excellent analytical, report writing and person centered care planning experience and success. Flexibility to work across multiple sites.
