Job Description

Our not for profit team is experiencing massive growth and the provision of internal audit and assurance is a big part of that. We are looking for a specialist internal audit manager to support our growth in developing our client base and ensuring we deliver a WOW service to our clients. We are growing our client base to support clients across the not for profit with internal audit and other bespoke projects. You’ll be working in a large and dynamic team supporting our amazing clients to achieve their purpose. There’s a lot of variety and job satisfaction – no two clients or assignments are the same!
 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Supporting the service lead in growing assurance services to the NFP sector, through business development, marketing initiatives, supporting tender document preparation and proposals and leveraging both internal and external opportunities to maximize fee income. Further developing our audit methodology and internal audit processes and programmes suitable to the needs of our clients to ensure the delivery of a consistent, high quality service. Supporting the service lead in delivering client work, agreeing scopes with clients, overseeing client delivery, managing, reviewing and approving work in line with professional standards, engaging with stakeholders and managing client relationships. Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
