Job Description

Responsible for audit assurance from detailed design through to handover (completion of the works), to ensure that BBV can demonstrate compliance to all HS2 works information, standards and contract technical requirements. This includes ensuring that the wider team understand the relevant requirements and provide the appropriate Validation and Verification evidence to demonstrate that the requirements have been met.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team; providing audit assurance support to the project team and interfacing with the client and other stakeholders
What you'll be doing

• Support management for delivery of the Technical Assurance and Handover from completion of detailed design through to handover packages (As-built and Quality Record Packages) at each phase of works completion, ensuring full records traceability and availability to the satisfaction of the Client
  Plan and coordinate with the BBV audit team the internal assurance audits to be conducted within BBV departments and DJV/Supply Chain (Core Team & SubLots).
• Prepare audit reports and follow up closure of audit findings.
• Prepare and maintain BBV assurance audit register.
• Responsible to coordinate with HS2 the TAR (Technical Assurance Review) – HS2 audit (every 3 months).
• Responsible to receive and maintain the HS2 TAR audit questions register.
• Identify BBV responsible to answer each specific HS2 TAR audit questions.
• Coordination within BBV teams to answer audit questions in the TAR register.
• Transfer BBV answers from the TAR register to HORACE (HS2 system).
• Support presentation of the BBV answers related to the HS2 TAR audit questions. (PowerPoint)
• Organize BBV parts to attend and present the answers during the day of the HS2 TAR audit.
• Prepare monthly reports against performance KPIs, analyzing their results and reporting causes of failure to the Technical Assurance and Handover Manager (Core Team).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Extensive experience as lead auditor of management of QMS (ISO 9001) on major projects in the construction industry, UK experience a plus. Experience of Technical Assurance (compliance requirements), Handover (Quality Record Packages) and Certification. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or equivalent.
