Advising on changes in regulatory rules and requirements from accreditors
Provide governance and oversight in the development and maintenance of their internal compliance programs
Provide ongoing advisory support to the business to assist in our innovation and expansion
Championing compliance internally and embedding it within their culture
Liaise with regulators and accreditors, ensuring open and healthy lines of communication
Liaise with auditors during audits and provide relevant feedback to senior management
Research and respond to regulatory inquiries
Representing the company at various industry events

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years experience in a compliance based role. Proven experience of developing and maintaining compliance programs. A strong track record of deliverance in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills.
