• Advising on changes in regulatory rules and requirements from accreditors
• Provide governance and oversight in the development and maintenance of their internal compliance programs
• Provide ongoing advisory support to the business to assist in our innovation and expansion
• Championing compliance internally and embedding it within their culture
• Liaise with regulators and accreditors, ensuring open and healthy lines of communication
• Liaise with auditors during audits and provide relevant feedback to senior management
• Research and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Representing the company at various industry events

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum of 2 years experience in a compliance based role. Proven experience of developing and maintaining compliance programs. A strong track record of deliverance in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills.
