Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Successful experience as a Construction Manager for a tier 1 or tier 2 contractor previous experience on a water/utilities project worth experience of tunnels, shafts, pits, inner city construction and utilities preferred proven ability to lead teams and performance manage IT literate: Microsoft Office etc Experience in managing materials including liaising with the commercial team to ensure the right materials are ordered and delivered
