So who are they looking for?
They are looking for an experienced Tenancy progressor to join their team in West Hampstead. You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role as an administrator or tenancy progressor so will be able to hit the ground running on day one. Having a good understanding of the role Is crucial and to know what is expected in a highly customer service focused agency.
You will be able to prioritise and work efficiently, calmly and empathetically with difficult situations
It is expected that you will have excellent written, verbal and telephone skills, using the appropriate communication method for the situation. Also, previous knowledge of Reapit is desirable.
The main purpose of this role is to progress deals by maintaining a proactive, effective, and well organised approach. Keeping all landlords and tenants updated with the lettings process and ensuring tenancies are compliant.
