Job Description
This position will not only manage the finance function but will play a key role in establishing the back office infrastructure of the business. Working closely with the Managing Director and Project Leads to provide them with accurate and timely financial advice to influence and guide their decision making process.
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Complete financial and commercial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually and projects)
Establish and improve the use of accounting systems
Recruit, manage and develop a back office support team including Finance, IT, HR & Administration
Lead relations with external stake holders (Investors, Banks, Solicitors, Insurance Companies & Auditors)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). Manufacturing and Construction sector experience - (ideally within stand-alone businesses would be preferable but for the right candidate a view will be taken). NEC & JCT Contract experience.
