Job Description
You will be responsible for defining governance and procedures for EUMAs/EUCs monitoring their implementation and providing tools for EUC owners to evidence compliance with those controls.

Your key responsibilities
- Overall management of the Global EUDA Controls framework including ensuring reporting and documentation are maintained, this involves working with stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness of EUDA controls
- Overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOx) relevant EUDAs, which involves participating and presenting at regular SOx forums and working with stakeholders to manage remediation for audit findings related to SOx EUDAs
- Working with team members to strengthen existing EUDA roles and where applicable introducing new roles to enhance accountability within the governance framework
- Reviewing, maintaining and uplifting training material for EUDA Governance and working with stakeholders to continue to build on existing EUDA awareness created across the Bank
- Completing audit tasks such as working on remediation projects and supporting the Global EUDA Governance Lead in Audits – internal, external and regulatory

Must have experience working in regulatory or audit driven initiatives / projects. Experience with governance/control frameworks, preferably within IT Governance would be very advantageous. Knowledge of EUDAs / EUCs would be beneficial.
