Working in a busy sales office, managing the customers sales journey from start to finish.
Handling customer queries efficiently and effectively – offering a professional service at all levels via telephone and email.
Processing orders and sales invoices and ensure the smooth despatch of all orders.
Developing excellent working relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders and business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will ideally have a background working in this type of environment, and will be comfortable dealing with customers over the phone and via email. You will be a confident communicator and will have a keen eye for detail. The role is very process driven but also requires flexibility, being able to prioritise workload effectively too. Personality is also key in being able to build rapport with customers and also to working with the existing team.
