This is a full-time ongoing position via the agency. Working hours are 8am - 5pm.
The school caters for 150 pupils aged 11-19 years old, with EHCPs for ASD, MLD and social and communication needs. As well as a varied curriculum, they also offer a range of therapies and extra-curricular activities.
Responsibilities will include writing annual reviews, consultations and managing the filing system, including emails and records of conversations. You must be confident taking minutes as you will be required to attend meetings, taking minutes, and presenting these for SLT. The ideal candidate will be confident and personable as you will be required to liaise with other schools, outside agencies, external services, and parents. It is imperative you have a working knowledge of SIMS.
You will be based in the school office and required to help with general office duties, such as answering the phone and dealing with queries and welcoming visitors.
