Job Description

Full knowledge of all of our suppliers and their products

Create databases of all suppliers, products and prices

Build relationships with all suppliers

Good at negotiating

Good at researching alternative products

Have the ability to understand products provide like for like alternative products at individually negotiated prices

Provide reports to senior management to indicate areas of cost savings and total spends in various areas

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A good understanding of logistics and the ability to work with suppliers and external logistic companies as well as importing products from the EU to ensure delivery of material in good time and cost effectively
