The Quality Manager, Worcester is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, "hands-on" aerospace Quality Manager. This job is as much about getting "stuck in" to the detail and following through on RCCAs, dealing with daily "fire-fights" etc. As it is about putting sustainable, best-in-class improvements to the existing Quality Management System in place.

The Quality Manager, Worcester involves managing a small team and working closely with customers' supplier quality engineers, external auditors, as well as daily inter-action with the Site Director and Management Team. Subject to performance in role, the job offers a potential pathway to a Quality Director role for suitably qualified candidates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have aerospace experience and knowledge of applicable quality standards and accreditation requirements is a must, and a background in technical/engineering would be helpful.
