Preparing build programmes, monitoring progress and ensuring quality across each site
Working closely with the commercial team to monitor the performance against budget
Adhering to the companies Health, Safety and Environment Policy to ensure a safe working environment for employees, subcontractor staff and the general public
Working alongside senior management to make strategic decisions and help develop the business
Providing direction to site and project managers by implementing decisions and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams
Meeting with subcontractors, stakeholders and project managers to report on site progress
Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion in line with budget and agreed timescales
Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
Taking a lead in ensuring customer satisfaction by supporting the customer services and sales teams
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Housebuilding experience essential Leadership and business management skills At least 3 years experience in Director role Educated to Degree level NHBC award recognised
