Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team
Duties include;
· Manage monthly and weekly payroll from start to finish
· Process Starters, Leavers and Contract Variations
· Processing of manual payments for New Joiners
· Processing payments for any Overtime and Holidays
· Completing routine payroll data entry on systems
· Processing confidential data and applying updates
· Ensuring the verification and validation of data
· Ensuring the correct application of statutory regulations in respect of data
· Investigating and resolving queries via reference to historical data
· Investigating and resolving queries via telephone and email
· Using Excel including vlookups and pivot tables
· Any other payroll administration duties
