Job Description

You will be joining a highly respected specialist team.

You will work with a high qualify client base including developers, contractors, large corporate and commercial clients. Many of the department's clients instruct repeat instructions and are referrals for their reputation in the construction market.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong network of client contacts as you will develop a close day to day working relationship with clients and become the key point of contact with both internal and external client contacts.

Your caseload will involve drafting and negotiating high value contracts based on JCT, NEC, mechanical and chemical engineering contracts, and negotiating development obligations on complex development agreements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE You will have a strong technical knowledge and good communication skills You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements You will have strong business development capabilities
