Job Description

• Helping retail center’s implement policies and processes to ensure they comply with internal control frameworks
• Providing retail center’s with the information they need to be compliant
• Helping to implement processes to achieve compliance
• Conduct internal control business audits to reconfirm their adherence to requirements
• Carry out spot checks to confirm adherence to internal policies and processes
• Carry out Head of Business and departmental manager inductions for new starters from a compliance perspective
• Chair regular meetings with on-site management teams to share audit results and agree action plans that they will monitor
• Support sites and Internal Auditors during any Group internal audits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A strong understanding of the sales process and associated systems. A strong understanding of Internal Control requirements. . Forward thinking / ability to take initiative / proactively identifying interventions.Ability to communicate appropriately at all levels with internal customers in a professional manner. Ability to work both remotely and as part of a team. Strong Excel skills. CDK accounting. Strong attention to detail. Consistent and accurate working style. Excellent time management.
