Job Description

Our client’s market is the healthcare sector, specifically private care homes. You will be the face of our company service on site and awareness of good customer service is a must. As Clinical Mattress Auditor your role will be to carry out planned mattress audits for existing customers across the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned clinical mattress audits in care homes across the UK.
• Record all audit details on our internal reporting system
• Provide excellent customer service
• Report any sales opportunities back to the office

Hours of Work

• 40hrs a week
• Monday to Friday

Nights Away and Travel

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in clinical mattress audits is mandatory. Training programmes are available on manufacturer’s products. Experience in customer contact and liaison. Good IT skills. Good grounding in the clinical sector. You must hold a CRB certificate. Full UK driving license. Experience: Nursing Sector: 3 years (Preferred).
