Our client a much loved local business who despite these tough times is going from strength to strength is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant, an ideal switch for 1st time mover from practice or a part qualified industry trained accountant who is looking to broaden their experience.

Salary & Benefits: £30,000-£35,000

This role will give you a broad exposure, where you will be mentored by an experienced practice trained Financial Controller.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Delivery of Statutory Accounts (FRS102)
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
• Liaising with auditors
• Month-end accounting and reporting
• KPI Analysis

This business, a successful venture which has a number of long term contracts backed by government initiatives, have created this new position to bolster the finance. As the business continues to grow and evolve, expect further opportunity to develop your skill set as you work towards becoming a qualified accountant.
