Job Description

We urgently seek a dynamic Property Administrator to assist our fast-paced Lettings & Property Management departments. The role is suited to an organised candidate already familiar with most aspects of both lettings and property management administration. You will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small yet friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing first class support and customer service at all times advancing our service standards
• Keeping records of all activity on the database including requests, quotes and call notes
• Overseeing day to day activities of lettings department – including organising and monitoring move ins, all associated compliance checks, referencing and paperwork
• Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
• Monitoring agents’ activities, portals listings and obtaining regular updates of all activities
• Organising and monitoring viewings and sales agents’ diaries
• Preparing agreements for tenants, registering deposits, utilities, negotiating contract renewals
• Efficiently corresponding via emails, telephone and letters whilst maintaining data protection and client confidentiality always
• Providing administrative support as required to ensure smooth running of the office
• To handle all issues arising in an efficient and professional manner
• To attend training sessions or meetings as required by management

Requirements and Skills

• Must have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a high profile Estate Agents

• Confident communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with ability to multi task and work to deadlines
• Have an inquiring mind and willingness to learn new skills
• Good work ethic – punctual and reliable
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Full driver’s licence desirable but not essential
• The 4Ps – pride, performance, passion, professionalism

The hours are Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and one Saturday a month from 9am – 1pm. You will receive the Thursday afternoon off in lieu when Saturday worked
