As a temporary credit controller your duties will include:

• Actively work collection strategies and collect overdue payments over the phone.
• Negotiate catch up repayment plans
• Conduct affordability verification through credit search before approving new customers.
• Excellent customer service and relations to retain customers for repeat business with internal customers
