In your new role you will be required to carry out audit (70%) and accounts (30%) assignments for a number of clients. Your new role will include the following:
Leading statutory audits from start to finish, as well as specialist audits such as FCA regulated audits and charity audits, whilst supervising a small team of juniors.
Preparing standalone and consolidated statutory accounts typically in accordance with FRS102 & 105 as well as IFRS
Draft corporation tax returns
Prepare non audited accounts.
Report directly to audit managers and directors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this position you will be ACA or ACCA qualified or a finalist with a proven track record of leading audits from planning to completion. You will also be confident in preparing statutory accounts on behalf of a number of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. The ideal candidate will have good experience with Pro-audit and CCH accounts production but this is not essential. Due to the nature of the role, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
