Job Description

In this Quality Auditor role, you will be responsible for:

• To support the production team with resolving product quality issues and maintaining the consistent quality
• To ensure all work practices are carried out according to the Health and Safety at Work Act and be aware of yours and the company's responsibilities.
• To undertake audits on processes, documentation and procedures to verify compliance to legislative & customer standards and to follow up and verify actions.
• Carry out weekly consistency panels on retained samples
• Ensure residency times and temperature protocols are always being maintained
• To complete routine tasks as per the schedule and to maintain the quality systems
• To ensure full customer and legal compliance
• To carry out investigations into specific incidents related to quality rejections
• Carry out integrity checking of Customer Head/Box End Label and packaging to ensure full customer and legal compliance
• To assist with technical/quality audits
