- Scope and advise on IE contract changes in Land - prepare 30+ new contracts for Land staff ensuring all benefits, personal details correct (lots of variation pp)
- Support roll out of holiday clause change to redhead business - manage sign offs etc.
- Roll out of security awareness training for redhead sites where needed as part of on boarding
- Support Right to work doc collation for business
- Review and update job specs for upload into system, add job grades, add cost centres, support Avature roll out
- Write missing job specs with managers
- Chase and send Furlough letters
- ER across business - formal and informal, queries etc. Advise managers
- ES admin - design of comms pieces for newsletter and emails
- Furlough queries
- COVID queries
- Support SAGE roll out
- Manage recruitment exceptions process for Land
- Pension re-enrolment - admin and answering queries
- TUPE paperwork/ queries
- General HR queries - ML / AL / absence etc.
- General admin
