Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced part time (22.5-25hours a week) Credit Controller to join the Finance Team reporting to the Finance Manager.

Working days will be 3 days a week.

Main Duties:

• Minimum of two years experience of working as a Credit Controller in a fast paced environment

• Conducting credit control via phone and email

• Credit checking customers

• Setting up new customer accounts

• Allocating payments

• Query resolution

• Chasing Debt

- General ad hoc duties to include filling and archiving

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in working in an SME finance team, be able to work as part of a team and on their own with the ability take their own initiative where appropriate being essential. - Strong communication skills - IT literate to include Microsoft Office programmes, knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work to tight deadlines - Ability to problem solve and use own initiative - Experience of working within a finance environment essential Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Required). Education: Bachelor's (Preferred).
