Job Description

You will assist the Clinical Coordinator in providing a high quality helpline and advisory service for patients and health professions as well as a comprehensive clerical support to the service. You should possess a pleasant, empathetic manner; excellent communication skills; have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to work. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accuracy is essential. Full training will be given.
