Job Description

We are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience within the health and social care sector, ideally within a management capacity who has had previous exposure to compliance checks, reporting, investigations. It is essential that you are well organised in order to complete the necessary follow up paperwork and input information onto the companies reporting system.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, you could be based from home or from one of the local services, however, you will be expected to travel to various sites in order to complete audits and investigations and highlighting any concerns to the Director.

Fully expenses mileage will be paid as well as any overnight stays if required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Report to the Director of Quality, highlighting any concerns. Have experience in health and social care (ideally at management level) Complete compliance checks, audits and investigations across a variety of services Induct of operational staff as and when required Complete audit tracker, visit forms, administration relating to visits.
