Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Handling all new starters, leavers, benefits and administering payroll
Working with the HR Ops team and stakeholders to keep upto date on any reports and payroll changes.
Well organised, strong accuracy
Advising on HR queries (including payroll & tax queries)
Processing HR invoices
Book meeting rooms, taking minutes and general HR Administrative duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
Experience processing starters, leavers and payroll administration
Strong HR background and knowledge, able to answer queries in line with UK law and legislation
Brilliant attention to detail and numeracy skills
Proficient at data Microsoft Excel & HR systems
Experience designing, implementing and maintaining databases
Able to work independently and experience handling the monthly payroll cycle
Preferably experience with the system Workday
Running reports
