Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the management and execution of HR, Compensation and Benefits systems across multiple countries within the division. Playing a key role within the divisional HR team, the Compensation Specialist will work with key stake holders to provide business insight along with the management of core HR, compensation, reward and benefit processes.

With support from the HR Manager, the Compensation Specialist will play an integral part in HR and business initiatives across the division


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be an experienced and passionate HR professional who is looking for their next step in their career. The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: • Responsible for divisional compensation strategy, which will support business goals. • Responsible for HR data analytics • Ownership of divisional HRIS and people data systems • Analysis of data to answer business questions and identify trends to support key business stakeholders. • Drive simplification throughout payroll, compensation and benefits processes, providing recommendations for and delivering improvements. • Administration of monthly payroll and benefits offerings for division with outsourced partners. • HR advisory and employee relations support to managers as and when required within defined business areas. • Supporting the HR Manager and Divisional HR Team on key HR Projects. • Role model for values of the business • Be able to make decisions, drive actions and have an impact • Adapt and deal with uncertainty • Hands on approach • Have the focus on what really matters and driving simplification (80/20) • Degree/CIPD qualified preferred but not essential
