Job Description
  • Assisting the Partners and senior staff in dealing with a wide range of clients serviced from the Nottingham office
  • Undertaking bookkeeping and administration duties
  • Dealing with payroll and payroll queries
  • Assisting with or the preparation and audit of accounts and tax compliance for sole traders - partnerships - Limited Companies in accordance with pre-assigned instructions from client records
  • Providing a fast and efficient response to client queries and enquiries for additional service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have relevant experience or be AAT qualified or an AAT finalist. Knowledge of Sage line 50 and Sage payroll would be an advantage. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with people at all levels. A good team player committed to providing the highest quality of service standards. Adaptable to working within the evolving and changing environment that accompanies a growing company. Have good attention to detail within your work and excellent time management skills. Interested in furthering and developing your career within the profession.
