HR Administrator (12 months contract)
Our client is a global private equity firm which continues to grow from strength to strength. With an established, commercially focused and high-profile HR team in place, they currently require an HR Administrator to join the function. This is a fabulous opportunity for an HR Assistant/Administrator in the early stages of their HR career.
Working closely with all members of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR administration support throughout all parts of the HR lifecycle. This will include the onboarding process, producing maternity and paternity letters, compiling HR reports, updating information on the HR system and in time having the opportunity in gaining exposure around junior level employee relations matters.
You will also assist with the preparation of the monthly payroll, manage right to work processes, manage reference requests, provide support in the annual appraisal process and coordinate the administration and communication of employee benefits. One significant area to the role, will be providing HR reports on Excel, so it will be important for this person to have excellent Excel skills and experience.
Of graduate calibre, you will be a strong relationship builder, offer energy and enthusiasm and have a strong attention to detail. With sound judgement and awareness of when to escalate and seek guidance, you will be an effective communicator at all levels within a business and know when to escalate an issue or seek guidance. Previous HR experience will be desirable and experience of working with online systems/databases will be attractive.
