Job Description

As a Payroll Administrator, your responsibilities for delivering high quality support to Internal and External customers in a timely manner. Working within the Payroll Team you will help us to ensure that all colleagues are paid accurately, queries are answered in a timely and professional manner and all returns and reconciliations are completed.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Completing Starter/Leaver/Amendment Take-on tasks.
  • Opening, scanning and passing out post.
  • Categorizing payroll emails.
  • Completing statutory leave forms, and forms for 3rd parties.
  • Chasing and inputting bank details.
  • Inputting tax documents including P45’s, Starter declarations, P6’s, as well as other statutory deductions.
  • Organizing and distributing pay slips, P45’s.
  • Checking Payroll Administrator input.
  • Present a positive and professional image of Buzz Bingo in all dealings with internal and external customers
  • To ensure that the departments procedures are kept up to date
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiencies within the department, both process and I.T. driven, and drive improvements quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure payrolls are accurate and in a timely and accurate manner meeting company deadlines
  • Ensure queries are investigated in a timely manner in line with management requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have at least 1 years’ experience in a payroll environment. You will be organized, good at multi-tasking and prioritizing your work. You will have a good head for numbers. You will be someone who has experience of working within a quick paced payroll team. You will have used PSE previously and understand the system.. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally experience of using PSE. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to react to high pressure scenarios. Customer focused ensuring high standards are delivered to internal and external customers. The ability to work as part of a team as well as individually with minimal supervision along with the ability to plan own time effectively. Effective communication skills at all levels. Strong Excel skills.
