Job Description
Our client is the UK subsidiary of a £Multi-million, a technology-focused group that employs over 2700 employees across the Globe. Reporting into the UK Managing Director, your task will be to guide a team of 5 direct reports through the next 12 months, getting involved in a broad range of activities, typical of those encountered in any SME environment.
As Finance & Office Manager you can typically expect to:
- Prepare the Monthly and Quarterly accounts for the Parent company.
- Prepare the annual financial accounts including coordination of annual audit and filing.
- Maintain General Ledger, journal posting, Balance sheet reconciliations and production of any supporting schedules.
- Adopt responsibility for all HMRC filing.
- Prepare the accurate and timely delivery of payroll information to their external payroll partner.
- Daily supervision of a team of 5 direct reports.
- Monitor and maintain all company stock records including periodic price reviews.
- Act as the company ERP Superuser.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office procedures, covering matters such as facilities/IT.
- Work with the external HR provision to ensure all data protection and HR administration duties are adhered to.
What they offer:
In addition to a salary of £40,000 - £45,000, our client is offering a 5% retention bonus for the successful completion of this maternity cover. They also offer a 7.5% contributory pension, Private Health Care (after a probationary period) and 23 days holidays.
