Senior Accountant / Accounts Senior

Macildowie have been instructed by a long term client of ours who are a well established accountancy practice recruiting into their offices in Ashby. Our client is recruiting an Senior Accountant / Accounts Senior into their growing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Preparation of Accounts, VAT returns and Tax computations from client records, for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

Preparation of corporation tax returns and personal tax returns.

Supporting managers and partners as part of a focused Corporate team, which will include responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner as well as ad hoc project work.

Training and mentoring junior members of the team.

You will be/have:

ACA / ACCA fully or part-qualified.

Experience of preparing accounts and related business tax computations.

3+ years practice experience.
