Job Description

The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in the assessment and treatment of patients referred to AIDARS. The post holder will hold a caseload of patients being responsible for the establishment and ongoing review of a care plan with each patient. The utilisation of motivational strategies will be a key part of the treatment delivered by the post holder. The focus of the treatment provided will be the recovery of the patient. The post holder will have a role in liaising with social work teams, primary care, residential units and other partner agencies as part of the post.
