We are looking for a highly skilled individual to play a key role in our Course Support Team within the CU Group Registry. The team need to be fast paced, agile and accurate in order to meet the needs of the Coventry University Group and its students.
The Course Support Team has responsibility for the maintenance of accurate student records once students have enrolled with us, preparing and executing our exam board processes and acting as a key link with our academic colleagues and students. We are looking for an individual who has experience in one of more of these areas.
Our Student Administrator (Course Support) needs to be methodical and have a high level of attention to detail. The block delivery model operated by the Coventry University Group requires an individual who can effectively priorities and manage competing deadlines effectively.
