Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our successful commercial team based in Leicester. Although this is initially a fixed term contract for up to 12 months, it would also be an excellent opportunity for the right individual to showcase their ability to the business for other future permanent roles.

As Contracts administrator you will be expected to:

  • Process electronic contract documentation
  • Ensure that new customers are set up in a timely fashion
  • Produce invoices through the billing system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A strong administrative background. Excellent knowledge of ms word and excel. Good customer service skills. Strong communication skills.
