Job Description

This busy role will be required to provide a high level of administrative support for courses to enhance teaching and student experience. The role holder will work as part of a team as well as working closely with key academic members of staff, students and other professional services teams. The academic teams who deliver teaching are based across multiple sites including the QMC, University Park, Jubilee Campus and City Hospital. The role holder will be expected to spend time at some of the sites (but not all).

This permanent post is full-time (36.25 hours per week), however job share arrangements may be considered.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. In addition they must also be able to demonstrate initiative, responsibility, flexibility, self-motivation and professionalism in their work. The successful candidate will be qualified to GCSE level to include English and Math (or equivalent) or significant work experience in a similar role with excellent IT skills and proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
