The operational Divisions and service Directorates are supported by a range of corporate services. These ensure the efficient and effective operation of our core businesses and support the delivery of our performance and regulatory functions. All corporate services staff are specialists who use their professional skills to provide services across the Trust.
Support the implementation of projects, develop systems and databases for collating information, data collection and systems through timely and relevant information analysis
Develop the EPRR intranet, manage Twitter and the email accounts for EPRR
Develop and produce a quarterly EPRR newsletter with updates, activities and developments to engage staff with the agenda
Assist in the development, planning, implementation, auditing and reviewing of emergency planning training, e-learning programmes, exercises and events, providing detailed reports
Take an active part in the delivery of training and exercises, including the setting up and management of Command and Control Rooms
Support the twice yearly, ad hoc and out of hours EPRR Communications exercise contacting numbers, checking for accuracy, and preparing a short report afterwards of gaps/issues identified
Support the response to major incidents, the collation and submission of situation reports on a Rota seven days a week
