Job Description

The First Contact team is responsible for managing enquiries to Student Services, triaging these and referring on appropriately. The team is also responsible for booking appointments for specialist services and ensuring the upkeep of student records and information materials. In this respect, the post supports the Disability Access and Learning section.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy, customer-facing role, a commitment to excellent customer service and standards, and be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Excellent IT skills and an enthusiastic, professional approach are essential.
