Job Description

This role will be part of a new project within the organisation and part of a team of 3 staff. The main purpose of the role will be to assist the organisation with rolling out lateral flow self testing packs for staff across the organisation and recording results. Ideally successful applicants will be proven business administrators with recent and relevant admin skills demonstrated on their application.

Duties of the role will include;

- Preparing lateral flow testing packs for staff periodically and on a daily basis
- Liaising with internal departments to check requirements
- Addressing staff queries regarding obtaining testing packs
- Recording the details of packs distributed
- Logging associated data and results , data analysis in Excel
- Sending admin reports to management
- Attending other site locations in Doncaster to drop off packs
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office and Excel required
- Please note that you will NOT administer any Covid tests just the packs for staff to do so themselves
- Based at a Covid secure office / environment with PPE provided and regular testing offered
- You will be asked to complete a Basic level DBS

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Able start work quickly -Have your own transport -Be available for temporary work long term -Have excellent MS Office skills and experience -Previous NHS / medical sector admin experience would be good but not essential - Able to pass a Basic level DBS check
