Duties include:
Scheduling appointments and diary management
Providing customer support
Document management
Management information reports
Responding to queries and enquires
Reviewing reports and extracting data
General administration and data management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven Administration experience Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise Customer service or scheduling experience would be an advantage Strong IT skills - basic Outlook, Excel and Office applications Keen to develop and progress within the business
