Job Description

The Administrator will be responsible for -

  • Reporting directly into the General Manager
  • To assist the General Manager and office team with administrative tasks and data entry / processing.
  • To liaise with customers to ensure a seamless sales transaction process and high levels of service.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks to maintain the smooth running of the office
  • Processing of purchase orders
  • Processing quotations and orders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Administration background for a minimum of 2 years Excellent attention to detail Strong accuracy Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in written format) with colleagues and external stakeholders
