As the successful Administrator, you will supporting the Voluntary Services team in delivering a professional service to both potential and existing volunteers of the organisation.
Day to day duties will include:
" Assist in volunteer inductions and appraisals.
" Employee Clearance and On-boarding.
" DBS Checks.
" General admin: photocopying, scanning, filing etc.
" Minute Taking.
" Data input.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 or equivalent in Office/ Administration, and will have experience in maintaining databases, and data input. Due to the nature of the role, you must respect confidentiality at all times, as well as being able to maintain a positive and approachable disposition. A background in a Healthcare setting would be highly advantageous.
