Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders and tracking shipments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Performing market research and providing administrative support to the sales team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
About you: In order to succeed in this role, it is essential for you to be confident, outgoing and to have strong communication skills in both French and English. The client can give you the opportunity to work in a well-established close-knit team based in their offices in Herefordshire. For that reason, please note that you will have to be able to commute to Herefordshire on a daily basis. Profile: • Required to be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • German written and spoken language skills are a plus • Previous experience working in an online customer support, customer service, sales administration, client support or order fulfilment environment would be ideal • Ambitious and looking to develop within a growing company • An interest in sales is desirable • An interest in waste management is desirable • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently • Strong communication skills • Able to commute to Herefordshire on a daily basis
