Job Description
  • Being the first point of contact for all customer queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively working to maintain and deal with order deliveries, order status and resolve any issues
  • Working alongside the sales team and other departments when needed
  • Being responsible for internal and external communication with clients/customers
  • Maintaining knowledge of the newest products and providing advice and support to clients/customers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In order to fulfil this position, you will be a diligent, proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support to maximise customer satisfaction and service delivery. You will be involved in a company which is growing quickly towards ambitious targets and you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen the business' existing and potential client base across the French market.• Required to be fluent in French to a native level, both written and spoken • Fluency in English, both written and spoken • Experience working in an online customer support, customer service, sales administration or order fulfilment role would be beneficial, but not essential • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member • Keen interest in interior design is desirable • Having a driving license is essential to commute to clients
