Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with both travel arrangements and diary management
  • Taking telephone calls and ensuring that they are successfully transferred to the appropriate colleague
  • Managing all of the incoming and outgoing post
  • Liaising with and booking third-party suppliers & services
  • Manning the reception area when required
  • Ensuring that all office areas are neat, clean & tidy
