Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with both travel arrangements and diary management
- Taking telephone calls and ensuring that they are successfully transferred to the appropriate colleague
- Managing all of the incoming and outgoing post
- Liaising with and booking third-party suppliers & services
- Manning the reception area when required
- Ensuring that all office areas are neat, clean & tidy
